Himson Industrial Ceramics Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “HICPL”) is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Please read the following policy to understand how your personal information will be treated as you make full use of our many offerings. During registration, HICPL asks for your name and email address. Once you register, you are no longer anonymous to HICPL and you are able to take full advantage of HICPL’s offerings. Wherever HICPL collects personal information, we make an effort to include a link to this Privacy Policy on that page.

HICPL’s primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you, the user, with a customized experience on our network of sites. This includes personalization services, interactive communications and many other types of services, most of which are completely free to you. By knowing a little about you, HICPL is able to deliver more relevant advertisements and content, and hence better service, to you. Also since this is a free service we generally send you newsletters and other email generally once a month. If you use any of the services on HICPL then you agree that we can send you general information about HICPL and our partners, sponsors to you. In some cases we may need to send you information more than once a month also.

3. Collection of information by HICPL

When you are on a HICPL site and are asked for personal information, you are sharing that information with HICPL alone, unless it is specifically stated otherwise. If data is being collected and/or maintained by any company other than HICPL, you will be notified prior to the time of the data collection or transfer by not using that particular service.

4. Sharing of Information

As a general rule, HICPL will not disclose or share any of your personally identifiable information except when HICPL has your permission or under special circumstances, such as when HICPL believes in good faith that the law requires it or as permitted in terms of this policy.

From time to time, we may send you offers via email or otherwise from third parties.

HICPL may also disclose account information in special cases when HICPL has reasons to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating HICPL Terms of Services or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) HICPL’s rights or property, other HICPL users, or if HICPL deems it necessary to maintain, service, and improve its products and services.

5. Distribution of Information

HICPL may, from time to time, send you emails regarding our products and services that it feels may be of interest to you. Only HICPL or agents working on behalf of HICPL and under confidentiality agreements, will send you these direct mailings. 6. Updation of personal information

You may edit your HICPL Account Information and your HICPL profile by sending a request to info@himsonceramics.in. You may also edit your information by visiting our Edit Information page at http://www.himsonceramics.in, if you forget your password you can visit the Edit Listing page and request for a new password via the Forgot Password link. Your old password will be reset and a new one generated by the system and sent to you.

Your HICPL account can be deleted or deactivated, but doing so will result in not being able to access any members-only area of the HICPL network, including your HICPL Mail account (if you have one). Residual information will remain within our archive records.

7. Protection of information

As with all information, HICPL will never sell your personal, financial or other information, including information kept in your HICPL Portfolio. Any user statistics that we may provide to prospective advertisers or partners regarding financial, product or service usage on HICPL are provided in the aggregate form only and does not include any personally identifiable information about any individual user.

Whenever HICPL handles personal information as described above regardless of where this occurs, HICPL takes steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with the relevant Terms of Services and this Privacy Policy.
